Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a passionate and talented Retail Artist (Part-time) to join the Selfridges W1 team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled makeup artist and retail professional to be part of a brand that blends artistry, luxury, and purpose. As a Retail Artist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving sales goals, and representing Hourglass as a true brand ambassador within Selfridges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding client service while achieving individual and counter sales targets.

• Perform expert-level makeup applications to present and sell merchandise.

• Build and maintain a loyal client base through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.

• Manage all counter systems including daily sales analysis, product orders, tester replacements, and returns.

• Prepare and submit monthly schedules and oversee a 30-hour resident makeup artist.

• Collaborate with your supervisor to plan seasonal strategies, including store events and promotions.

• Act as an Hourglass brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships across the cosmetics department and the store.
