Retail Assistant

Description:

Join the awesome Retail Team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort for the 2025 season! As a Retail Assistant, you will be the friendly face welcoming guests to the LEGO Store, helping them find the perfect LEGO souvenirs and making their shopping experience memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest interaction and customer service in the LEGO Store.

• Assist guests with purchases and offer suggestions on LEGO products tailored to their interests.

• Process transactions accurately at the till.

• Maintain store presentation by restocking, cleaning, and upselling branded products, including Coca-Cola® Free Style.

• Participate in LEGO brand training to deepen product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging guests of all ages.

• Experience in cash handling, profit protection, and stock-taking is a plus.

• Enthusiastic LEGO fan, willing to undertake brand training.

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting/carrying heavy boxes.

• Must be available full-time until Winter 2025.

• Applicants must be over 18 due to late shift finish times.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, flexible hours; any 5 days out of 7.

• Shifts vary, including early, mid, and late shifts (late shift finishes at 11pm).
