Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as Apprentice Retail Sales Assistants. This is an ideal opportunity for those who are passionate about customer service, enjoy a fast-paced retail environment, and are eager to build a career in retail from the ground up.

As a Retail Sales Assistant Apprentice, no two days are ever the same. You will play an essential role in creating an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring the store is presentable and fully stocked. Your cheerful attitude, ability to work as part of a team, and passion for helping customers will be key to your success.

Training & Development:

• 12-month in-store apprenticeship (Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship)

• No college days or homework; all learning is on the job

• Includes assessment through observation, discussion, and a multiple-choice test

• Full support from your team and an assessor throughout the apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly in-store atmosphere

• Work alongside colleagues to ensure shelves are well-stocked and store standards are maintained

• Help customers find products, answer questions, and provide helpful advice

• Contribute to sales and store promotions

• Be involved with the local community and be an ambassador of the Savers brand

You qualify if:

• You hold a minimum Grade 4 / C in GCSE English and Maths

• You are available for full-time work

• You have not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship

• You are legally eligible to work in the UK

• You are new to the retail sector
