Description:

Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join its Cannock store team. This part-time position offers flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with an initial commitment of 16 hours per week and the potential for additional hours. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, ready to support the Store and Assistant Manager in driving performance, developing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Supervisors at Savers are actively involved in daily store operations, from merchandising and stock management to engaging with the local community, motivating staff, and achieving sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to grow into future leadership positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist store management in leading, motivating, and coaching the team to deliver outstanding results.

  • Oversee daily operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

  • Engage positively with customers and ensure high service standards.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment that values inclusivity and customer focus.

  • Support recruitment, training, and development of store team members.

  • Actively participate in community engagement to enhance store presence.
