Retail Supervisor

Description:

Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Supervisor to join their Worthing store team. This role offers a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same. The Supervisor will play an integral role in supporting both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, taking responsibility for motivating and coaching team members to achieve outstanding performance and results.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high store standards, and maximising business opportunities. Supervisors are also recognised as future leaders within Savers and are encouraged to take ownership of their roles by building strong connections with their local community, inspiring their teams, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store leadership in daily operations, team management, and customer service.

• Motivate, train, and coach team members to achieve performance targets.

• Maintain high standards of store presentation and product availability.

• Engage with the local community and embody the Savers brand values.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a retail environment.

• Strong leadership potential with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

• Excellent communication and people management skills.

• Passion for retail and the products sold at Savers.

• Flexible approach to working hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
