As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading by example and ensuring that both store standards and customer experience remain consistently high. From front-of-house customer service to back-of-house operations, you will contribute to the success of the store while supporting and motivating your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a store host and team leader, setting an example of great customer service and team collaboration.

• Support customers by identifying their needs, guiding them to the right products, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

• Oversee daily operations, including cash reconciliations, audit compliance, stock management, and resolving customer queries.

• Maintain high store standards and operational excellence at all times.

• Lead and motivate a small team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Contribute to sales growth by promoting customer-first service and product knowledge.

Candidate Profile

You are:

• An experienced supervisor or duty manager in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.

• Skilled at delivering exceptional customer service and translating this into sales.

• Inquisitive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve processes and results.

• Passionate about retail and motivated to grow within the business.

• Friendly, flexible, reliable, and honest, with a strong work ethic.

• Monday – Friday: 7am to 8pm

• Saturday: 7am to 6pm

• Sunday: 9am to 4pm
