The sales team is expanding to handle growing inbound demand from advertising and ensure every prospect receives timely, high-quality engagement.
The role
This is a part-time, flexible sales role for self-employed Independent Sales Account Executives who thrive on owning the full B2B SaaS sales cycle; from first contact to closing.
Responsibilities include:
Engaging inbound leads via call, email, and LinkedIn within the same working day.
Qualifying prospects and running engaging LuwaSuite demos over Zoom or Teams.
Following up strategically, handling objections and closing subscriptions.
Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline with notes and next steps.
Collaborating with the sales team to refine pitch materials and processes.
About you
Proven experience in B2B SaaS, HR/compliance or recruitment sales.
Confident conducting online demos and closing subscription deals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Driven, organised and accountable for results.
Comfortable in a growing company with clear processes and targets.
Experience in HR systems, recruitment workflows or sponsor-licence compliance is an advantage.
