At Upscale Outreach, we help business owners, founders, and revenue leaders build a consistent pipeline of sales meetings with their ideal prospects - using intelligent, personalized outreach on LinkedIn.

 

We use the same tech and process to grow our own business, and now we’re looking for someone who can step in to take those booked meetings and turn conversations into customers.

 

Role Description

 

This is a fully remote, part-time role with flexible hours and no fixed location.

 

You’ll take ownership of the final stage of the sales process - turning warm introductions into signed clients.

 

Responsibilities include:

1) Join pre-booked sales meetings to introduce the product, negotiate and close the deal.

2) Respond to interested replies from our outreach campaigns, set up meetings, and follow through.

3) Hand over new customers smoothly to the operations team.

4) Track and report weekly on your activity and results.

 

You’ll have access to all active campaigns and inboxes across multiple LinkedIn profiles (including your own), so there’s plenty of opportunity to connect and engage.

 

Qualifications

 

We want you if you’ve got experience closing B2B deals and know how to handle a good conversation, especially when it comes to explaining value clearly and naturally.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a solid track record of closing B2B sales.

- Keeps a strong LinkedIn profile and uses it well to build credibility.

- Communicates confidently, listens actively, and handles objections with ease.

- Builds trust quickly through authentic conversation.

- Manages time and follow-ups without needing reminders.

- Stays proactive and accountable for results.

- Speaks fluent, professional English.
