Adobe, a global leader in digital media and digital experience solutions, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Sales Director in its Digital Experience team. As the Executive Assistant, you will be the trusted right hand to the Senior Sales Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing complex tasks with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Sales Director and occasionally to other EMEA Sales Leaders.
Arrange corporate travel, prepare itineraries, and coordinate meetings, events, and logistics.
Manage the executive’s calendar, prioritising scheduling decisions aligned with business priorities.
Handle visits from regional and global executives, ensuring smooth and efficient itineraries.
Attend key meetings, capture notes, and circulate follow-up actions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents in formats such as PowerPoint.
Process expenses and ensure accurate submission on a monthly basis.
Partner with EAs across EMEA to coordinate on broader team initiatives.
Support onboarding processes for new hires within the marketing team.
Place and track orders for IT equipment and supplies.
Manage purchase orders (POs) and support procurement needs.
Greet and host guests and customers with professionalism and courtesy.
