We help law firms to convert high quality leads into qualified sales as part of the home buying process and have the best sales conversion numbers in the industry.

We are growing fast and our Sales team is looking for its next Sales Superstar!

 

We are particularly keen to chat with UK-based candidates only that have had experience working in Estate Agency Sales or Sales Progression, within Estate Agency or a customer services role within the hospitality industry.

 

Training & Ongoing Support

Full and ongoing training will be provided to ensure that you get off to the best start possible! You will benefit from 1 on 1 training sessions, objection handling training & courses.

 

NO Cold Calling!

You will NOT be cold calling. Every enquiry you are calling has requested to be contacted.

Flexibility & Working From Home

This is a flexible hire allowing you to work from home with occasional trips to the office.

 

Your Responsibilities

• You will be calling out to new prospects that are looking to engage our services

• Run through the full sales cycle

• Answer queries relating to conveyancing quotes for sales/purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity

• Complete admin for all enquiries/sales

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Process payment from clients

• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects

• Hold yourself in a professional manner, as an extension of the Law firm

 

Type of person we are looking for

• Experience working in an Estate Agency Sales or Sales Progression department that is looking to change careers for a better work/life balance

• You will be based ideally in London (We will not be considering applications outside of the UK)

• Minimum 1 year Estate Agency Sales experience or 1 year Target driven Sales Progression, within Estate Agency or a similar role within the legal industry / hospitality (we will not be considering applications outside of this area)

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

• A people person who is easily able to engage in conversation

• Not afraid to ask questions and is highly inquisitive by nature

• Comfortable and confident on the phone

• Computer Literate

• Hardworking with a great attitude and willingness to learn

• Professional, confident, and composed under pressure

• Self-starter

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Great understanding and use of the English language, being clear and concise and with it being your primary language
