Your main tasks will be As our new Sales Executive focused on the Owner segment, you will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging with building owners, facility managers, and real estate stakeholders. With a structured, proactive, and consultative sales approach, you will represent Dalux’s cutting-edge solutions and ensure an excellent experience from first contact to long-term collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:


 

  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients and uncovering new business opportunities
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with building owners and real estate stakeholders
  • Presenting and demonstrating Dalux solutions, tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding
  • Managing the full sales process including contract negotiations and pricing
  • Representing Dalux at trade shows, seminars, and industry events

What We Are Looking For We’re looking for a commercially minded team player with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and deliver value to clients in the construction and real estate sector.

Ideally you bring:
 

  • Experience in B2B sales - preferably in SaaS, PropTech or Facility Management
  • Familiarity with the Owner segment and/or real estate operations
  • A structured and self-motivated way of working, with a strong customer focus
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
