We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive/Education Consultant to grow our presence in the UK education market. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for education and technology, we want you on our team!
*Please note: This is a commission-only role. This role offers a flexible opportunity to earn supplementary income alongside your main commitments.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and secure new opportunities with schools, universities, code clubs, businesses and other organisations.
- Build Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Strategise for Success: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Be Organised: Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications.
Who You Are:
- Sales Savvy: At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Ability to leverage your network and connections within the education sector to promote Code Avengers. Use your existing relationships with educators and organisations to introduce them to our platform and help drive sales. We are particularly interested in working with teachers and educators who have a strong understanding of how to engage students effectively.
- Passionate About Tech: An interest in computer science, coding, or digital upskilling.
- Communicative: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a bonus).
- Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using Google Drive, Slack, and analyzing data using spreadsheets.
