Description:
EGYM Wellpass (formerly Hussle) is the UK’s leading fitness marketplace, providing flexible fitness access to employees through corporate wellness programs. The Sales Manager will drive growth in the London region by managing pipelines, generating leads, conducting sales pitches, participating in events/webinars, and optimizing client engagement processes. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with 2–3 days per week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify sales pipeline, engaging target companies to offer fitness-as-a-benefit solutions
Lead or participate in events and webinars to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Conduct customised sales presentations to senior decision-makers
Provide feedback to improve sales processes and offerings
Develop territory plans and manage client relationships to achieve sales targets
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in B2B sales, employee benefits, or SaaS solutions
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce
Knowledge of London corporate environment
Enthusiastic, resilient, commercially sharp, and results-oriented
