Description:
B&Q is seeking a TradePoint Sales Partner to drive business growth for their TradePoint division while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is focused on developing and nurturing a network of trade contacts, identifying new business opportunities, and growing existing member relationships. The TradePoint Sales Partner will work closely with stores to create a culture of trade opportunity awareness and ensure the best service delivery for trade members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a network of trade contacts, identifying new business opportunities
Grow existing trade accounts and maximise sales potential
Promote the TradePoint brand and services locally
Inspire, motivate, and engage the store team to deliver trade-focused customer experiences
Visit customers and project sites, ensuring safety and compliance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in winning business and promoting products/services
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Project management, problem-solving, and financial/business acumen
Planning, organisational skills, and team-working abilities
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
Full UK driving licence with over a year’s driving experience
