Sales Professional

Description:

This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales Professional at Remofy HR. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining effective communication with prospects and existing clients. The role includes lead generation, conducting sales presentations, collaborating with the internal team to meet client needs, and maintaining records of sales pipelines. The ability to meet sales targets and adapt strategies to align with client needs is key to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and crafting effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in digital tools for CRM, communication, and sales tracking.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while achieving targets and goals.
• Familiarity with HR and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
