Next is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join their store team at Southampton Hedge End for a part-time role. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion retail and eager to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The shift available is 7.25 hours per week on Saturdays from 13:15 to 21:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.

• Assist customers in finding suitable products and offer expert knowledge about the store’s merchandise.

• Operate across all areas of the store including the sales floor, stockroom, and during delivery processing.

• Actively take charge of personal development and training.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.

• Calm, friendly, and efficient even during busy periods.

• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast-moving retail environment.

• Flexible, reliable, and willing to support colleagues as needed.

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

• This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship.

Assessment Requirement:
Applicants must complete an online assessment comprising a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Candidates who have failed this assessment in the last 6 months are not eligible to reapply.
