We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Retail Assistant to join our team full-time. You’ll play a key role in helping customers choose the right golf products, keeping the store running smoothly, and ensuring our Toptracer range provides the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and golf product advice

• Operate tills and handle transactions accurately

• Restock, merchandise, and maintain a tidy shop floor

• Assist with range operations and equipment checks

• Support product demos, fitting events, and promotions

• Contribute to a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers

Skills & Experience

• Retail or customer service experience (preferred)

• Passion for golf and product knowledge (advantageous)

• Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude

• Reliable, well-presented, and professional

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
