Senior Building Surveyor

Description:

We are searching for a highly experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join us and lead our Surveying Team and Coordinator, specialising in critical fire safety and building compliance.

💡 What You'll Be Doing:

💠 Lead complex fire safety compliance assessments and building surveys.
💠 Conduct meticulous fire design reviews (ADB, Parts G, L, & O compliance).
💠 Manage high-stakes remediation projects (JCT/NEC contracts).
💠 Champion the Golden Thread of building information for our clients.

💷 The Reward:
£65k - £75k Salary + KPI Bonus

Your Profile:
MRICS or MCIOB with a relevant Building Surveying Degree.
Expert knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and the Defective Premises Act 1972.
Proven team leadership and mentorship experience.
