Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Administrator to join our busy London Service. Our Administration team here at Change Grow Live play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, proving administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role with good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and will provide support across the many hubs in our Service to ensure the day to day delivery is achieved.
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the role
- To provide effective regular effective supervision and appraisal to identified team members in
- accordance with CGL policies and procedures ensuring all staff access Learning & Development
- opportunities and contribute to the delivery of a quality service.
- To provide regular individual group supervision and training to the administration team.
- To work with the Quality and Governance Lead and Data Lead to develop and maintain systems
- for data collection, information, monitoring and storage, to ensure data is available for data
- reporting requirements.
- To provide administrative back up in support of operations across the service.
- To support the Services Manager, Quality and Governance Lead and Data Lead and in
- developing effective systems
- To ensure efficient support is made available to run clinics, generate prescriptions and support
- medical staff working alongside the service.
- Other tasks as required by the Services Manager, Data Lead and Quality and Governance Lead.
About you
- Ability to work flexibly across operational sites as required
- Ability to work flexibly within an agreed number of hours of work to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.
- Drive to improve personal performance, contribution, knowledge and skills.
- Experience in participating in appraisal, training and supervision processes.
- IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and data entry.
- Working knowledge of NDTMS and local data inputting and monitoring procedures and the ability to produce associated reports.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
