This is an office-based role where you will lead a large team and be responsible for developing and implementing new HR strategies across multiple divisions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR strategy development and execution across various business divisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current HR business partnering management experience in a large, diverse workforce.

• Experience working across multiple business divisions.

• Strong strategic HR planning and team leadership skills.
