Senior Hr Manager

I'm delighted to be supporting a well-known and highly regarded National Law firm in recruiting for a Senior HR Manager.

In this role, you will be one of three Senior HR Business Managers and you will be aligned to a number of specific practice areas as well as Business Services functions.

When speaking to the hiring manager, the key areas that have been identified as being important in a candidate are:

• A strategic thinker who can contribute to and support the HR strategy in line with business objectives
• Someone who has the ability to influence at all levels up to Partner level and take part in complex discussions, constructively challenging where appropriate
• Someone who is ambitious and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who understands nuance and can balance requests from their aligned areas with the overall firm HR and business strategy
• Commercial and business acumen
• Guiding and coaching leaders on ER and HR issues in line with policies and best practice
• Either legal sector experience, or if not, then someone who has worked in a fast-paced professional services or corporate environment with excellent HR Advisory experience
