Senior Management Accountant

This is an opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join a fast-growth, scale-up, drinks business that produce 100% plant based products, are 100% carbon neutral and B Corp certified. It will be a hybrid working role based in London (2 days in the office). You will be working for international brand that has doubled in growth year-on-year for the past 3 years, with no signs of slowing down.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will operate as their number 2 and this role will take ownership for the management accounts for a £38 million turnover brand. You will work closely with senior management, designing and implementing new processes as the business grows.

Responsibilities include:

• Ownership of a regional P&L including analysis of monthly performance
• Preparation of the month end, management accounts and tax compliance for the UK & US regions
• Designing and implementing new processes as the business grows & new regions come on board/product lines are created
• Assist the Financial Controller with the consolidation of the group management accounts
• Responsibility for stock adjustments and reconciliation for the region
• Supporting with the FP&A team
• Continuously looking at ways to improve efficiencies including supporting with a new system implementation
