As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage Global Marketing Operations ensuring the smooth running of global operations and a focus on continuous improvement of processes, standards, and actions as well as best practice. Within this key position, you will be given exposure to the global marketing team, so as an astute marketer, you will need to drive digitalisation and alignment of marketing operations across our strategic areas of operation (Arts, Education & English) to become more globally driven.

Responsibilities
 

  • Manage the planning and prioritisation for Global Marketing Operations
  • Design and deliver effective communications from Marketing Operations out to the wider team
  • Champion risk management across global and regional Marketing and Communications
  • Manage the annual planning and in-year planning processes, ensuring coordination with global and cross region teams.
  • Lead social media governance across the department
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes that improve global marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain a sharp focus on marketing efficiency, performance, financial/budget management, plan monitoring, key performance indicator (KPI) measurement, and dissemination of marketing information.
