Senior M&e Engineer

We’re working with a leading property & engineering consultancy that is looking to add an experienced M&E Engineer or Senior M&E Engineer to its growing London team.

This is a varied consultancy role covering M&E surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidations and building services advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio.

Daily Duties

• M&E condition & technical surveys
• Technical due diligence & pre-acquisition surveys
• Dilapidations & lease-end assessments
• Mechanical & electrical installation inspections
• Advising on repairs, compliance & lifecycle requirements
• Producing client-facing technical reports
• Working alongside Building Surveyors, Project Managers & technical specialists

Skills & Experience

• M&E / Building Services Engineering qualification
• Commercial property / building services survey experience
• Knowledge of dilapidations, due diligence or landlord & tenant matters
• Strong technical report writing and communication skills
• MCIBSE, MIET or equivalent — or working towards chartership
