About the role:
You’ll lead the commercial function on a residential schemes, managing costs, maximising value, and ensuring project success. You’ll also play a key role in developing and mentoring junior team members as the business expands.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Senior QS within construction (build or commercial)
Strong commercial & contract management skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach.
