Radar Systems / Satellite Communications Systems Engineer - DSP skills - Mathematical Analysis using Matlab/MathCAD - Hybrid working. A Radar Systems Engineer with experience in radarsystems architecture/ satellite communication systems design with a focus on Signal Processing, will contribute to analysis and modelling of a variety of radar signal processing algorithms and waveforms to select the best options for new radar designs.

As a key member of the Senior Engineering Team, the Radar Systems Engineer will take ownership of the system design of the radar including specifying the hardware architecture, RF performance characteristics, waveform design and digital signal processing algorithms.

The Radar Systems Engineer will ideally possess the following skills and experience:

• An Engineering, Mathematics or Physics Degree (Masters / PhD beneficial).
• Experience of radar system design / satellite communication systems.
• Strong Mathematical analysis and simulation skills to include Matlab, MathCAD and/or SystemVue.
• Solid experience of Signal Processing (DSP).
