We are expanding into the Public Sector market in the Contract team, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is excited by the challenge of building a new market from scratch. You’ll benefit from our established connections in the Data & Analytics space, combined with the opportunity to leverage your public sector knowledge to create a brand-new revenue stream for Harnham.

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive, driven Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience working within the public sector, ideally with a solid understanding of the Data & Analytics landscape. You’ll be highly motivated to take on the challenge of building a new market, using your public sector network to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in 360 recruitment, with a focus on business development and account management.
• A strong understanding of public sector dynamics, with a passion for Data & Analytics.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to leverage existing connections to open doors in the public sector.
• A self-starter attitude, with the ambition to take a market from scratch to a key revenue stream for Harnham.
