The Opportunity

Sheridan FM (part of the Sheridan Group) is offering a rare, structured progression opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager looking to step into a Sales Director role.

This is not a static sales position. It is a clearly defined pathway where you will initially focus on delivering results personally, before progressing into leadership, team building and ultimately owning a national sales function.

Support & Investment

You will not be expected to build from nothing. This role is fully supported by investment in lead generation and sales infrastructure, including:

• Inbound leads from PPC and digital marketing

• Social media advertising campaigns

• Data-led outbound sales activity

• Professional telemarketing support

• A well-established FM service offering (PPM, reactive, compliance and bundled services)

Phase 1: Sales Manager

• Convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns

• Generate and close new FM business

• Own your pipeline, targets and performance

• Build strong relationships with managing agents, landlords and commercial clients

• Demonstrate consistent results and leadership potential

Phase 2: Sales Lead / Team Builder

• Recruit and mentor junior sales professionals

• Support the development of sales strategy

• Improve sales processes and conversion rates

• Take ownership of a regional or service-led sales function

Phase 3: Sales Director

• Lead and scale the national sales function for Sheridan FM

• Recruit, manage and develop a full sales team

• Set and deliver national revenue targets

• Work closely with board-level leadership

• Drive long-term growth and UK market expansion
