An early-stage, mission-driven technology company is hiring a Senior Technical Lead to help build a next-generation analytics platform used by major investors, regulators, and infrastructure operators. Intersting applications to the sustainability space, and investor landscape.

This is a hands-on technical role working directly with the founders to design and build a scalable platform that combines data engineering, AI modelling, and modern web applications.

You will shape the architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction of the platform while helping turn complex analytical models into production-ready software.

Key responsibilities - Senior Technical Lead

• Architect and build a cloud-based platform combining Python services, data pipelines, and React applications
• Turn complex quantitative models and datasets into production systems
• Integrate AI / LLM workflows and data pipelines
• Work closely with researchers and domain experts to bring analytical models into real-world applications
• Help shape the long-term engineering team and technical roadmap

Experience Requires- Senior Technical Lead

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Strong Python backend and API development
• Experience building production systems in startups or fast-moving environments
• Experience with data-heavy platforms or analytics products
• Interest in AI, modelling, or complex analytical systems
