Senior Ux Designer

Description:

Scopely is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Monopoly GO! team, contributing to one of its most popular mobile games enjoyed by millions of players globally. The role involves owning and delivering complete UX for new features and player experiences, turning ideas into fully developed designs that meet product experience targets. The position is remote/hybrid, open to candidates in the UK, Ireland, Spain, or Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver complete UX for new features and player experiences.

• Build deep knowledge of the game to design from the player’s perspective.

• Research and analyze references and best practices to inform design decisions.

• Produce design deliverables including sketches, wireframes, user flows, and interactive UX prototypes.

• Identify weak points in design and apply critical thinking to strengthen solutions.

• Collaborate with product teams and artists to refine ideas and maintain alignment throughout development.

• Use feedback, data, and insights to intentionally improve designs.

• Support long-term product and UX consistency through design principles and patterns.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 3+ years of mobile game UX experience with proven feature delivery.

• Confidence navigating ambiguity and taking initiative.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and creative solution orientation.

• Understanding of game development norms, technical constraints, and cross-disciplinary workflows.

• Curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and passion for playing and designing games.
