Service Designer

Description:

Looking for experience within local government, councils, public sector or central government, whilst working as a Service Designer.

You will be leading the Design Process on 1-2 projects across the Customer Transformation Programme.

Some examples include;

• Improving digital services for disabled people.
• Improving initial access for people to get the right help at the right time.
• Improving the ability to support children with additional needs and disabilities.
