Shift Leaders are responsible for trading the store effectively, exceeding customer expectations, ensuring compliance, and leading teams with passion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Managing store operations including opening and closing procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

• Using initiative to identify opportunities to improve store performance.

• Operating store equipment and technology efficiently.

• Handling emergency situations appropriately according to store policies.
