🏗️ WE’RE HIRING | SITE MANAGER – OXFORD

T.I.M.E. Construct Limited is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee our Oxford site, working with our client R. Benson.
We’re looking for a practical, organised manager who can lead the team, coordinate trades and maintain high standards of safety, quality and communication.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Plan labour, materials and deliveries to keep work progressing against the programme.
• Maintain site health and safety standards, including inductions, RAMS briefings and toolbox talks.
• Inspect workmanship, manage snagging and prepare completed works for handover.
• Keep accurate site records, progress photographs and reports.
• Communicate effectively with R. Benson, residents and our office team.
• Identify issues early and follow actions through to completion.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction or refurbishment.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• A good understanding of health and safety and quality control.
• Valid SMSTS, an appropriate CSCS card and First Aid at Work certification.
• Confidence using email, digital site records and reporting systems.
