They’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a skilled team of engineers, drive delivery of high-quality products, and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture. You’ll balance technical leadership with strategic planning, working closely with product and stakeholders to ensure engineering efforts align with business goals.

What you’d be working on:

• Managing and mentoring a team of software engineers to promote professional growth
• Overseeing the software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality products on time
• Collaborating with product management to align engineering efforts with business objectives
• Implementing and advocating best practices in software development and agile methodologies
• Facilitating cross-team communication and coordination
• Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategies
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges and bottlenecks
• Leading recruitment to build a high-performing engineering team
• Monitoring and improving engineering processes for efficiency and scalability

What they’re looking for:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams to successful product deliveries
• Strong technical background with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Proficiency in agile development practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with managerial responsibilities
• Experience in advertising technology or e-commerce is a plus
