Tech-Agnostic Mindset: A forward-thinking approach that looks beyond a specific technology stack or cloud provider, prioritising the right tool for the requirement

Regulated Industry Background: Experience navigating highly regulated environments (Financial Services is preferred, but not required).

Communication Masters: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Agile Mindset: Practical experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Jira for tracking and delivery is beneficial.

Framework Familiarity: Familiar with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture methodologies.

Mobility: Comfortable working from the Glasgow office 2 days per week.

Job responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Design, document, and own complex solution architectures within your chosen Tribe from inception to delivery.

Cross-Tribe & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the ultimate bridge. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts and navigate conversations across different Tribes and business stakeholders to get answers, drive alignment, and secure buy-in.

Agile Delivery: Work seamlessly within an Agile framework, collaborating daily with product owners and engineering teams to unblock dependencies.

Architecture Governance: Ensure all solutions adhere to company standards and industry best practices; familiarity with TOGAF or similar methodologies is advantageous.
