Solution Architect

Description:

Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, automated and resilient service management solutions that support critical retail operations, supply chain systems, store technologies and corporate services.

Required skills & experience:

• 5+ years’ experience with BMC Helix (Designing, and Implementing BMC Solutions including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation services.
• Hands-on expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix architecture, integrations, workflows, forms, escalations and service management processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise IT service management best practices.
• Experience integrating BMC Helix with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and third-party enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of automation, orchestration and AI-driven service management capabilities within BMC Helix environments.
• Strong experience working with CIS Controls v8.1 and implementing security best practices.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise or retail environments supporting transformation and operational improvement programs.
