Tasks and Objectives
- Own and exceed the assigned revenue quota within the aligned territory.
- Proactively generate new business through creative prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
- Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
- Drive sales of Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice solutions to new customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with pre-sales experts for technical and product support.
- Acquire product knowledge of Concur’s offerings to educate prospective clients.
- Accurately document sales activities in Salesforce, manage pipeline, and provide timely forecasts and reports.
- Build a strong understanding of the territory, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and relevant business challenges.
- Apply effective time and territory management strategies to maximise performance.
- Contribute actively to the sales team and broader Concur community.
- Proactively improve data hygiene across our CRM.
- Share feedback with cross-functional teams to improve product and sales strategies.
- Align with marketing, business development, customer success, and other internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and compliance standards.
