Description:
Costa Coffee, a global coffee brand, is seeking a Store Manager for their Exeter Stone Lane store. This role offers the opportunity to lead a store team, drive customer service excellence, and contribute to Costa’s growth. The Store Manager will own the store’s success, managing sales, profit, customer experience, and team development.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS
Engage with the local community to identify and welcome new customers
Create an inviting store environment to encourage repeat visits
Take ownership of sales, profitability, team management, and recognition
Train, develop, and motivate the store team to achieve their best potential
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing successful teams
Forward-thinking and strategic, able to see the bigger picture and growth opportunities
