Description:

Costa Coffee, a global coffee brand, is seeking a Store Manager for their Exeter Stone Lane store. This role offers the opportunity to lead a store team, drive customer service excellence, and contribute to Costa’s growth. The Store Manager will own the store’s success, managing sales, profit, customer experience, and team development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS

  • Engage with the local community to identify and welcome new customers

  • Create an inviting store environment to encourage repeat visits

  • Take ownership of sales, profitability, team management, and recognition

  • Train, develop, and motivate the store team to achieve their best potential

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing successful teams
