We're looking for a Storytelling and Drama Practitioner at Debutots Northampton & Daventry, located in Northampton, to join our team. Debutots is a unique blend of interactive storytelling and dramatic play for children aged 6 months - 7 years, and our well-established classes are motivating, exciting, nurturing and, above all, fun!

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Storytelling and Drama Practitioner located in Northampton and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will deliver our unique classes to children, and nurture their communication skills and social development.

Qualifications and Experience

• A passion for working with young children and promoting their development through imaginative play
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and their parents/carers
• A background in theatre, education, early years is desirable but not essential as full training, lessons plans and ongoing support will be given
• Ability to organise and deliver engaging classes, supported by the Debutots curriculum
• A heightened sense of creativity, imagination and enthusiasm
• A willingness to develop and learn new skills, and open to feedback and coaching
