System Administrator

Description:

As a System Administrator, you will maintain and optimise CRM and back-office systems, manage data integrations, and provide day-to-day support for users. You’ll work alongside the Wealth Planning Systems Manager to drive improvements, identify efficiency gains, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data within XPlan, while supporting integration with Avaloq. You will also contribute to management information and reporting for the Wealth Planning function and assist with the ongoing maintenance of key operational systems.

A strong understanding of financial products, wealth management, and FCA regulations is essential, alongside hands-on experience in financial planning platforms. You will provide operational insight, supporting investment advice and portfolio management processes while ensuring compliance and effective system use.

📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience and knowledge of IT systems
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Avaloq
• Solid understanding of XPlan and financial planning systems
• Experience working with CRM platforms
• Financial services or wealth management background
