Lord Wandsworth College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher and Houseparent to lead School House. This dual role involves teaching responsibilities along with overseeing the safeguarding, pastoral care, and behaviour management of pupils within the boarding house.

Key Responsibilities:

🏡 Houseparent Responsibilities:

• Oversee pastoral care and well-being of all pupils in School House
• Establish a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment
• Manage safeguarding and behaviour of students
• Provide regular feedback to the Headmaster and Senior Leadership Team
• Support pupils' academic, social, and personal growth

📚 Teaching Responsibilities:

• Teach in accordance with College policies and curriculum guidelines
• Provide engaging and inspiring lessons
• Support students in their academic and extracurricular development
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to enhance student experiences

Requirements:

✔ Experience in pastoral care and student support is highly desirable
