Technical Sales Advisor

Description:

We are a specialist wetroom manufacturer, and we’re looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join our growing, supportive team, based in our new headquarters in Leighton Buzzard.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in bathrooms, KBB, construction products, or technical order processing who enjoys problem-solving, customer support, and working in a fast-paced, technical environment.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Handling technical inbound enquiries from our wide range of customers including installers, retailers and architects

• Preparing quotes and processing orders using our CRM system

• Advising on our range of wetroom products & installation queries

• Producing simple 2D CAD drawings using templates (training provided)

• Managing leads from enquiry through to order stage

👤 We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Bathroom/KBB or construction product experience

• Technical sales support or order processing experience

• Confidence dealing with trade customers

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Proficient with Microsoft Office systems
