Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop sales across the South West and South Central territory, treating it as your own business unit.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and hospital procurement teams.

  • Promote and sell surgical and laparoscopic devices to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned region.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure optimal client satisfaction and account growth.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.

  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales, ideally within surgical or operating theatre products.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage a territory strategically.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Degree-qualified, preferably in a science, healthcare, or business-related field.

  • Candidates with a background in healthcare-related sales who are eager to move into the medical device market will also be considered.
