Utility Surveyor

Description:

Centara Ltd, a surveying business working with prestigious clients across the UK, is seeking an experienced Utility Surveyor to expand their team. Based in Normanton, West Yorkshire, this role requires travel to sites across the country. The successful candidate will undertake site work using GPR and EML techniques for service clearance and utility mapping projects, ensuring they meet PAS128 standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site work using GPR and EML techniques for service clearance.

• Process and draft utility mapping projects to PAS128 standards.

• Manage ongoing projects, liaising with clients and internal teams.

• Coordinate project scheduling with external clients and site investigation teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in utility mapping surveys using electromagnetic detection and GPR.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated with attention to detail and integrity.

• Willingness to travel across the UK.

• Adherence to health and safety procedures.
