QVC’s Customer Operations Centre in Knowsley is seeking motivated Warehouse Team Members to join their Pick Team. This role is crucial in ensuring that the right stock is picked and delivered efficiently, creating a seamless experience for customers nationwide.

This On Call position offers a guaranteed minimum of 22.5 hours per week, with the possibility to flex up to an additional 15 hours depending on business needs. Working hours will be scheduled within Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 15:00, with two weeks’ notice provided for each week's schedule.

As a Warehouse Team Member in the Pick Team, you will operate picker trucks, at times working up to 30 feet in height, to collect customer orders from various aisle locations and move stock within the warehouse. You will also handle manual lifting of goods up to 25KG and use handheld RF scanners to ensure accuracy in order picking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate picker trucks safely and efficiently, including working at heights up to 30 feet.

• Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse aisles using handheld RF scanning devices.

• Perform manual handling tasks involving lifting weights up to 25KG.

• Move stock within the warehouse as required.

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks to meet team targets.

• Adhere to safety protocols and demonstrate punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• No previous warehouse experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.

• Must be at least 18 years old due to operating warehouse trucks.

• Dedication to meeting targets and maintaining accuracy in picking and handling goods.
