We are currently seeking a WordPress Developer & Google Ads Specialist. This role requires a

unique combination of technical proficiency in WordPress development and expertise in digital

marketing strategies, particularly in Google Ads and website optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of our website, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns, utilising advanced targeting and retargeting techniques.
• Manage pixel tracking and analytics integration to measure and optimise campaign performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Google Ads campaign management, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimisation techniques.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO plugins for WordPress.
