This position plays a critical role in the fabrication, welding, and assembly of high-quality industrial equipment used in sectors such as plastics, food, and recycling. The role demands precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to producing durable, mission-critical components to meet exacting standards.

The Welder/Fabricator will work on the manufacturing floor, interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to fabricate parts from raw materials, ensuring that each component meets strict specifications. Key tasks include MIG/TIG welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, and finishing of metal parts. The role may also involve the repair and modification of existing components, ensuring longevity and optimal performance of equipment. Close collaboration with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams will be essential to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
