The company is now hiring Welders at its Peterborough site to strengthen its engineering and fabrication team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality production standards within a globally recognized industrial group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication of large and small components to high quality standards within set timeframes.

• Work with mild and stainless-steel components, applying MIG, TIG, and MMA welding processes with precision.

• Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant fabrications.

• Uphold company Health & Safety policies, ensuring safe working practices at all times.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contribute ideas for improvement, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Recognized engineering apprenticeship in fabrication/welding or equivalent experience.

• Strong proficiency in MIG, TIG, and MMA welding methods.

• Skilled at interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

• High attention to detail, strong quality focus, and a methodical work approach.

• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
