Advocate Group is partnering with a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand seeking an Internal Partnership Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships with salon partners. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage internal growth initiatives while fostering strong B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with salon distributors and partners

  • Deliver consistent growth in sales and distribution across key channels

  • Oversee and execute internal sales strategies to maximise performance

  • Manage brand presence and engagement across Instagram and digital channels

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and commercial success

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced in partnership/account management or internal sales/customer service

  • Confident in driving B2B relationships and building long-term value

  • Strong understanding of social media and digital engagement

  • Commercially aware, organised, and an excellent communicator

  • Collaborative and self-motivated, with a passion for brand growth
