Advocate Group is partnering with a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand seeking an Internal Partnership Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships with salon partners. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage internal growth initiatives while fostering strong B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and strengthen partnerships with salon distributors and partners
Deliver consistent growth in sales and distribution across key channels
Oversee and execute internal sales strategies to maximise performance
Manage brand presence and engagement across Instagram and digital channels
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and commercial success
Candidate Profile:
Experienced in partnership/account management or internal sales/customer service
Confident in driving B2B relationships and building long-term value
Strong understanding of social media and digital engagement
Commercially aware, organised, and an excellent communicator
Collaborative and self-motivated, with a passion for brand growth
