This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of global clients across multiple sectors, delivering successful and immersive interior experiences that inspire and engage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial brief through to successful on-site delivery, ensuring all stages are coordinated effectively.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional account management and building long-term relationships.

• Liaise directly with clients, subcontractors, and the agency’s in-house fabrication team to ensure smooth project execution.

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and quality control of all project deliverables.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and timelines efficiently.

• Negotiate budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

• Ensure all projects meet high standards for creativity, innovation, and quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce detailed project documentation and reports.

• Utilize your knowledge of print production processes as an added advantage to enhance project outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in project and account management within Retail Branding, Visual Merchandising (VM), Exhibitions, or Events sectors.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality or deadlines.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain effective client and supplier relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience working closely with fabrication teams and subcontractors.

• Knowledge of print production processes is a plus.
